Hi, I’m Megan (she/her), a graduate from Rhodes Wellness College and someone deeply passionate about supporting others through their mental health and addiction journeys.
My path into counselling has been shaped by a decade of personal experience with addiction and mental health. That lived insight gives me a deep sense of compassion, understanding, and respect for every person I work with. I believe that no matter who you are or where you've been, you deserve to be heard and supported in a space that is safe, honest, and nonjudgmental.
I work with youth, adults and couples, using a trauma-informed approach that blends person-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, DBT, mindfulness, and existential perspectives. My goal is to help you create harmony between your thoughts, behaviors, and emotions — and reconnect you with your most authentic self.
Whether you’re feeling misunderstood, stuck, or just ready for change, I’m here to walk alongside you — with empathy, honesty, and unconditional support.
